ARTICLE VII

COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS AS TO USE AND OCCUPANCY

7.01 Use and Occupancy.

      (l) No "For Sale" or "For Rent' signs, advertising or other displays shall be maintained or permitted on any part of the Property.
